Barre is suitable for all ages and abilities. This high intensity, low impact class is an effective and efficient way to exercise your entire body.
Adult Ballet & Tap
Our classes cater to adults with varying levels of experience, from to beginner to intermediate. Additionally, in 2023 we introduced the RAD Silver Swans Ballet class, which is designed for dancers aged 55 and above.
Pilates & Yoga
Ali Grace Wellness offers weekly pilates & yoga classes at the studio
